2 cat double/two day=170$ (one day 105$)

3 cat, 2 double/two day=235$ (one day 140$)

4 cat, 2 double/two day=280$ (one day 170$)

Each additional 60$/35$ one day

Show Rule 26.1.2 “No more than two kittens or one cat may be benched in a single cage, whether entered for competition, exhibition or for sale.” This means 2 adults or 4 kittens in a double space is fine.

KITTEN SALES from a show hall are not allowed in Kansas, so please, no for sale signs, etc

Kittens for exhibition are welcomed! Okay to bring cats for adoption but must be done NOT on site at the show hall.

BENCHING

This is a “Bring Your Own Cage” show. 

Single space is 24" and double space is 48" to bench in. We are not providing cages.

Carry pop up tents are available at Walmart and Target if you need one:

Per TICA Show Rule 26.1.2

“No more than two kittens or one cat may be benched in a single cage, whether entered for competition, exhibition or for sale.”

 

The Entry Clerk will attempt to honor any benching requests.

 

The two sides, back, and top of the cage must be covered.

 

Cat litter will be provided, but please bring your own litter pan, food and water dishes.

SHOW RULES

TICA show rules will be strictly enforced. Any person entering a cat or kitten in a TICA sponsored show shall agree to abide by and uphold the Rules of this Association.

Rosettes will be awarded in accordance with TICA show rules.

Preliminary New Breed, Advanced New Breeds and New Traits: Per TICA Show Rule 203.19, “ALL Preliminary New Breeds (PNB), Advanced New Breeds (ANB) and New Traits (NT) must have a TICA registration number prior to entry in any TICA show. No Preliminary New Breed, Advanced New Breed or New Trait may enter a show with a “registration pending.”

Kittens: All kittens entered for competition must be between four (4) and eight (8) calendar months old on the day of the show. No kitten under three (3) months of age will be allowed in the show hall (be prepared to show proof of age). Kittens may be spayed or neutered.

Household Pets: Household Pet Kittens (at least 4 months old, but not yet 8 months old) can be either altered (neutered or spayed) or unaltered. All Household Pets 8 months of age and
older MUST be neutered or spayed. If you’re not sure the color of your cat or in which class it should be entered, refer to the New Exhibitor section below.

HEALTH

This is a non-vetted show. Any cat showing signs of illness, parasites or fungus will be escorted from the show hall, along with any cats owned, housed or augmented by the same exhibitor. All entries should be vaccinated against feline viral rhinotracheitis, calici and distemper (panleukopenia) at least two weeks prior to the show, and should test negative for feline leukemia and FIV ("feline AIDS").Any feline from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any infectious or contagious illness within 21 days prior to the opening day of the show is ineligible for entry.An obviously pregnant or lactating cat will be disqualified. Be prepared to show proof of rabies vaccination. It is state law. TICA show rules require all claws, front and back, be clipped prior to judging.

CLERKS / STEWARDS

Clerks will be  paid $35 per session, plus a fully marked catalog and lunch. Stewards will receive $20 per ring per session and lunch. Please indicate in the TOES Comments section if you are interested. Do not deduct clerking fees from your entry. Requests for specific judges will be honored to the extent possible. Currently licensed TICA clerks will be given preference.
